Not your average Jim Beam. ​The Signature Craft 12 year is one of the oldest whiskeys that Jim Beam distills. The majority of their whiskeys are 11 years old. Many believe it is worth the wait. The palate is large, but manageable and while it will pack a punch, it will not overpower the tongue. (A punch thrown by a 12 year old, he-he.) There are some spicy woody notes and the tongue leads to a bit of tanginess.
